oxo you use egg whites and sugar. then when its thick and glossy add the yolks x.x,

the cream is for the icing

how do you make sure its cold D: should i put it in the fridge for a few minutes? oxo

it gets all runny when we add the yolks D;

new at this.. peaking? ^^,

ok how thick does it have to be when you put the yolks in. cause i think that is were we went wrong oxo
