I love Portland! I picked the best neighbor hood to live in, close to everything! Heck, I could even walk to work if I was addicted to sleep. lol.

It is easy to live here, I love living down town. It's the only place I'm willing to be. But the people are kinda nutty. However I am a pretty quiet person and aren't trying to play buddy, buddy.... So it's all great. ;]

My Mom [maybe] and I plan on spending a couple of days there. It'll be a great mini-vacation for both of us.

I hope Himi will be there! I planned the dates so that it would be well after the months she said she might be moving up. :3

I have spell check too~ The only problem is that I have a bad habit of using one word in place of another. lol

I can't learn Spanish to save my life. I think you made the right choice.

It really isn't. My job provides great benefits. I am never allowed to quit or leave. lol. I will retire here. D; And I have to live in Portland forever and ever 'cause this is where my department is.

BTW, I'm going to try and visit Seattle in October. I'll let you know when. ;]

I would fail Beverage Management in so many ways. My spelling is horrible and it takes me forever and a day to memorize things.

Sign Language?! That is pretty genius. You could temp as a translator. Businesses pay big bucks for that sort of thing. Srsly.

FFFFFFFFFFFFFFF. I am so glad that I have dental insurance. I have to pay like 20% of anything past my free yearly cleaning but that really isn't bad.

Gyro~ There is a great food cart like 20 minutes from where I live that makes the best gyros. So good.

Baklava is like crack. Honey covered, diced nut filled crack. You have to lick your fingers twice over just to get all the flavor you can!

When we first started talking I was in school... Than started worked in hotels. But for the last 2 years+ I've been in banking. For almost a year I've been a paper pusher in the back office. I just review loans and make sure all the Is are dotted. lol

It was good... Did do much. But did get myself some baklava. nomnomnom

Congrats on the tests! That is pretty awesome. From everything you've said this sounds like something you really enjoy and are good at. :]

Life is good here, just super busy. Work has finally evened out a bit. Now that the year end rush is over. I'm doing more training now, both for my job and to help the newbies.
