I still have Windows XP right now, but might upgrade to 7 sometime soon.
|
Vista... I would love to upgrade to Windows 7 someday, but can't afford it at the moment.
I can't stand Vista... too many issues. Bleh! |

My favorite operating system though.. Would probably be Mac, because they offer a GREAT movie editing software and really simple GUI. |
If you compare Vista to XP, you'll understand. Vista is much slower than XP, requires a much more powerful system to run, and (especially 64-bit Vista) doesn't support as much hardware as XP. The default settings are also very annoying; its security stuff is both annoying and counterproductive (if it prompts you for EVERYTHING you stop paying attention to it, so you'll let through something that should have been denied).
If you compare Vista to 7, you probably won't notice that big of a difference. They're essentially the same operating system -- Win7 is actually 6.1 (Vista is 6.0) if you ask the OS to identify itself. Win7 has a lot less annoying defaults and cleans up some of the performance issues of Vista, but XP is still faster and more compatible. |
I use XP and its amazing <3
I know what im running when I build that computer ive been wanting to build. |
I have a mac with snowleopard. I had tiger, and i liked tiger, but the repair guys upgraded it on me.

I'm using Windows Vista, I would like to try Windows 7. Also, I don't think Macs are too bad either. |
A Windows Vista desktop. Why? because it was one of the cheapest in Best Buy XD
|
I'm on a SnowLeopard Mac.
|
I'm faithful to Windows XP. Although, its a pain in the arse sometimes.
had this huge issue when restoring my computer a week or so ago. Twas not fun. At all. ><; |
I use windows XP home edition.
|
Currently, Vista. Hoping to move to Windows 7 soon. Actually, sort of Linux-ist at heart. xD
|
Though I HATE it, Vista.
I need to get my own laptop and Windows 7. x n x |
I'm using windows 7, and it hasn't failed me so far. I've been tempted to switch to Ubuntu on more than one occasion, but I hear Adobe products don't run well in Wine, and I really want to keep using Photoshop/Illustrator/InDesign. I paid good money for those. ;O;
