Trisphee - Her Majesty's Medical Encampment

Dolly woke after a long sleep. The war was starting to wear on her, and she had been called to the front lines several times because of the lack of patients to treat. She glanced around the main tent - only one new body since she had fallen asleep. The doll smiled - what more had she expected? The queen's warriors were strong, and more than capable of handling their own wounds. That, she considered with a frown, or they were simply dying before they could reach her aid.

A chill gripped the air, and Dolly stood, walking toward a light outside that she had never noticed before. Pulling back the tent flap, she saw that somebody had left a lantern. Curious, she walked toward it and lifted it - the weight was unusual, like the heavy burden of many wandering souls. At that close distance, she could just barely feel its pain and sorrow, and she smiled sadly. Such a fate was not meant for her.
