Espy, that is a curious outfit that you where.

Espy 05-16-2012 12:15 AM

That was a cosplay.

Hello? I don't think I've posted in here before... is anyone else on Pottermore? I got the impression it wasn't what people expected, but once I started playing... I found it fascinating. I loved the wand questions and the sorting hat questions... They weren't obvious. And amazingly I have almost an identical wand to the one I have on another text-based RPG...

Gallagher 05-16-2012 10:18 PM

I do~ SandNimbus30000! You should probably add me. We can duel and stuff. I love to duel.

femme gauche 05-16-2012 10:29 PM

QuillGhost5887. And sure :).

Gallagher 05-16-2012 10:35 PM

Brilliant!

Ohh, lovely wand, too.

femme gauche 05-16-2012 10:42 PM

It's not too bad, heh. We appear to have the same type of core :o.

Ooh, I see you haven't been on there for very long... though you've got more than twice as many house points for me. D<

Gallagher 05-16-2012 10:44 PM

Unicorn is fairly common, from what I can tell. It's a good thing, though. Loyal core, does well for most.

... And yours is especially so. Oh my. Color me impressed.

femme gauche 05-16-2012 10:46 PM

Oh? What's so impressive about it? o_o.

Gallagher 05-16-2012 10:49 PM

An ash and unicorn combination is practically useless to anyone that isn't their original master. It loses substantial ability when used by anyone else.

femme gauche 05-16-2012 10:50 PM

Oh! Yes, I did read that. I was sort of blown away by the level of detail of Ollivander's extensive notes. She thought up all this stuff that didn't even play into the books except in her mind.

Gallagher 05-16-2012 10:52 PM

Seriously. It's about the same way I treat any universes I write for, too, though. It's just so much fun! And you can't help but wonder and figure out details like that.

Pottermore made me very happy. And still does. Especially all of the wand lore. That might very well be my favorite part about the universe.

femme gauche 05-16-2012 10:54 PM

I would like to create a fictional universe, but those details would be all I could come up with... Nothing that would actually resemble a plot or storyline.

Gallagher 05-16-2012 10:55 PM

Eh heh... I'm better at figuring out more dramatic scenarios than pulling everything together in a full story. I'd be a very detailed, but otherwise very bad, soap opera maker.
