Yes he does. All the noses that are available just look silly on the blue skin, though.
He's SUPPOSED to have 'pale blue, approaching stark white' skin, but I couldn't find a stark white skin. |

Ahh. Well, not the same kind of blue here, but I find darker works fairly well. Harder look though.
