When I make rice, and I make it a LOT, I simply use a rice cooker. Makes it so frickin easy.
But depends on how you like your rice. I like it the same way all Asians like it. >w>

I had to have a low salt diet for years. After that, a plan salt grain was too much for me. Had to start with naturally salty foods and then migrate back up to actually salt. I'm still pretty light with it.

I hate adding salt to foods. D:< Most foods have too much added salt anyway. I only add salt to boiling noodle water.

Need to be sure it's salt and no sodium. Salt is a proper needed mineral. Sodium, not so much.

Sucks Choco! I've been feeling terrible for a week but at least I'm still functional. I use photobucket's text feature under "edit" to add my user name often. It's quick and really easy to do.
