....Eh? -tilts head- It's so....argh. Will try to fix it later when I'm not completely out of it.
Sheol...why did you let my character go on with his idea? TT.TT The door was wooden, so with the Incendiary Laser could've made a hole in it, letting the people back in. ____TT.TT___ (puddle) I do think that we might actually die now.... XDD
Heh, I have no idea what to add being more or less a non-combatant in the group here... ^^;
er...sound confused?
BTW I had to pull a mental trip at some point. consider the scene a foreshadowing for what I hope to come later. |
Thinking about a mixture of shyness and hesitation to know if people actually know how to fight Dybbuk, since Fee has been researching it since they entered the sewers. Though at the moment, Fee isn't too fond of Rue... :p
I doubt that she would. The moral and mental clash is extremely imminent. Feenie is also an inexperienced psychic while Rue had years of bloody ...experience.
Dinner. will post when i get back.
Aw, Rue's not that bad. She's just... unaffectionate toward people she doesn't know. =P And she kills things.
She's acting cold toward Fee now because she only cares about people who are useful. I'd say Fee should offer up some advanced knowledge. Rue only found out about the Amorpha network after she left home, where she had to rely on the books in her family's library. At least, that's her story that I just made up. *nods* |
Oh yes, Fee is quite useless except in the knowledge area, and I think 10 years of experience with the Network means she can get any necessary info quickly. I'd say she probably doesn't know what to look for, yet :p
I'm back, everyone.
*goes to check RP thread.* *is scared* |
We actually didn't get much done without you. I think everyone's a little nervous about leaping into hordes of the undead.
It's your own fault. You didn't get the hint and bring back inside.
Sorry for that. I've been really frazzled the past couple days.
Anyway, we'll get through it somehow. Hopefully. :p (And, see my post, inside isn't exactly safe. Especially with an only-questionably-sane Saint heading into battle. :p) Oh, and Salone, what was that about switching weapons? You mean the rifle you picked up? I don't know barely anything about guns, so just let me know what to put on your sheet. Edit: Oh, and Funk, forgot to mention. I really like your RPing with the Courage Capsule. Way to take a fairly boring item and make it something interesting. :) |
Serra, if the group moved around or has anything major happen, could you puppet Jeanne for me and bring her along/have her do basic stuff? I have less internet access than I thought I would, and I don't want her to get left behind.
Sure thing Sage, she doesn't seem like much of a fighter either, but could probably handle wounds if necessary, I'm thinking?
So, I'm still wondering, are any of the big baddies going to be coming at the group in the sewers, or just Dybbuk? I'm hesitant to make the decision myself, in case anyone has any issues with it. ;;
Yeah, she can heal minor stuff easily, will have to put more effort into major wounds but could still do it. I'm going to post now, but probably won't be able to put much else in until Monday.
edit: Cupcake, I'm not sure that the group could handle both a larger enemy AND a bunch of Dybbuk, at the same time. I'm fine with having one appear, though. |
As Fee was telling Jeanne, if Emim or Rephaim came at us, we're toast :p But I bet we (read, Rue, Lev, and Dante) could dispatch a few Dybbuk.
Rue could be chopping off limbs left and right, I'm sure, but she also might be too tired to deal with anything more.
I wonder, what would an Emim value? Apparently they can be reasoned with, which makes me think that it could be an interesting addition, if not here, then down the road.
Gah. Sorry about the....absence >.> I think I'm slightly stuck until Salone posts.
Well, the Emim would be hellish to fight in the sewers. Like, seriously, I will get downright mean if one of those things decides to try and kill you. They do NOT fight fairly at all. With even a few Dybbuk occupying the group, it would have almost an 100% chance of killing you all, unless you had an ED grenade handy to banish it. (or certain other items that could hurt it, you get the idea.) Thing is, it's an extremely powerful psychic that's had a very long time to practice its powers. If Rue were rested, alone, and undistracted she could probably put up a fight, but as it is... you'd likely wind up back-stabbed by one of the others, honestly. :p
But, no, the Emim will be phasing into the city where they can do the most damage. You could try to negotiate with one. No promises on how that would go. (Might be able to teach Rue or Fee a few things, if you got on its good side. :p) And the Rephaim wouldn't likely fit down there, so it won't show up. Expect just Dybbuk. Seriously, though, I recommend we all find some kind of armory to raid ASAP. We're just not equipped to deal with most of this world's threats yet. |
Hmm... does General Knoxx live nearby? =P
Haha. Unfortunately, we seem to have a distinct lack of New-U life insurance at the moment. :p
-laughs slightly at Dante's painfully-obvious lack of weapons-
Well, if you do come back for that motorcycle, might be some gear lying around on dead soldiers. >_>
And, I'm out for the night everyone, sorry. Long day. Edit: Oh, and I'll edit it in later, but assume both grenade types come in belts of 4. I probably should have had that in there from the beginning. Those things are pretty damned useful. We need to find some way to get our hands on some. |
Hey guys, sorry about lateness. Had a date and I had to see a man about a washer/dryer combo.
...God I feel old. |
gonna be gone tomorrow morning, but will try to post.

Oh jeez, it's bad enough that amnesia is an overly-used mechanism already, they had to go and make a whole game about it? xD
it's more about supernatural stuff (hint hint, nudge wink chuckle)
Yay, we didn't move too far ahead.
Just a thought, Funk, but your laser doesn't have to cut. It can actually set them on fire when it hits them, if you change a setting or something. >_> |
I've just realized that Dante should be about six inches taller than what he is right now >.> And....whew, didn't miss too much.
Nope, just zombies coming to get you. ;)
Did you want me to change Dante's height on his sheet? |
Oh, sure, that'd be great~ Thanks.
Yep, sure thing. Will do.
Oh, yeah, and I was bored at the Tech today >.> There weren't many people in the morning, and....well...Funkie knows what I'm prone to doing when there's paper and pen.
Forgot to write in the speech bubble, but Dante's saying "Desolé, madame, c'est mien." Yes, French. For no particular reason other than my friends were talking about French classes. And Feenai's holding a giant gemstone. And we should all know by now Dante's lust for money. |
Espy, you are an amazing artist. Seriously.
Okay Suz, we're deffo doing a swapout. Just replace 'Toz 17-01 (.22LR)' with 'PPsh-41 (7.62x25mm)' Sorry about that. Although, I don't see what I'm apologizing for, since you're calling down ravenous hordes on us. Tsk tsk.
I kid, of course. |
-snorts with amusement at the "take my leg" part-
Also...maybe if we find a break in the attack, the group should decide to go up back to ground level b/c it's not that safe. They think it's outside, but turns out they're in the privy of this armory place. |
