I will one day have my own money to buy pocky.. and i'll order it offline

Arikana 11-12-2012 02:54 PM

Arikana 11-12-2012 03:21 PM

I gotta start looking for one too. >w>

Tohopekaliga 11-12-2012 03:23 PM

Personally, I had a "real" job, but now I'm in the market for a new one.

Trisphee, sadly, is not so big as to be able to employ me.

Ultima 11-12-2012 03:27 PM

Ulti is 20 and has never had a job owo;;

Lucid: 11-12-2012 03:32 PM

I just applied for an internship at L'Oreal in New York. Luckily, it's not only paid, but they also pay hotel expenses and buy you dinners and fun outings a lot throughout the summer. I would really love to get the internship. *O* I'm real nervous though, because tons and tons of students apply to L'Oreal. I'm not sure if I'm good enough. :X

Demonskid 11-12-2012 03:32 PM

dk is 22 and never had one ono

Arikana 11-12-2012 03:34 PM

I've never had a /real/ job either. D:

Oh, nice. I hope you can get it, Lucid! >w<

Tohopekaliga 11-12-2012 03:40 PM

What about a fake job? Had any of those?

Demonskid 11-12-2012 03:50 PM

nope o.O whats a fake job?

Lucid: 11-12-2012 03:51 PM

I've had lots of fake jobs. The nature of my advertising classes is that I do real work and don't get paid for it. I stick it on my resume anyway. :P

Tohopekaliga 11-12-2012 04:02 PM

Well. If a job isn't "real," it must be "fake," right?

Espy 11-12-2012 04:20 PM

I have...a Trisphee job.

Coda 11-12-2012 04:27 PM

I dunno about that, Toho. If a number isn't real it's imaginary... or surreal... or... I dunno what else... but never "fake".

Tohopekaliga 11-12-2012 04:33 PM

Jobs aren't numbers, though. And couldn't it be argued that "imaginary" is a type of "fake"?

Demonskid 11-12-2012 04:36 PM

OnO my imaginary friend is a fake? SHE LIED TO ME!

Arikana 11-12-2012 04:38 PM

*pats*

*gives Dk a cyborg friend* owo

Demonskid 11-12-2012 05:02 PM

Its not a fake is it?

Coda 11-12-2012 05:46 PM

Imaginary numbers aren't fake ;_; They're just a representation of something that isn't concretely observable.

Demonskid 11-12-2012 06:10 PM

*offers coda a tissue* ono coda's crying

Alpha 11-12-2012 07:10 PM

*stumbles in* Well, this seems like quite the conversation....

Ashy 11-12-2012 07:48 PM

I have a real job, took me 2 tears to find it but it was worth it :P

Coda 11-12-2012 08:21 PM

One from each eye?

Nope. Your new cyborg friend is completely real. :3
Just don't break him/her. owo

Quiet Man Cometh 11-13-2012 12:07 AM

I'd like a job, but being a house person is helpful too, so I'm trying to find something to do from home.

My big snag is that my age outdoes my education. I'm no longer a student so I don't qualify for internships or all the student jobs around, but I don't have enough experience to get into something that is beyond beginning jobs which seems to be 90% student oriented. I'm really just set to do customer service, which my health is starting to throw kinks in. I'm looking into freelance writing now, but it will take some time before that gets fruitful.

Alpha 11-13-2012 01:13 AM

*chuckles* Well....insanity is relative.....

Lucid: 11-13-2012 02:44 AM

I had to re-read Ashy's post because I didn't catch the typo the first time. XD

Ashy 11-13-2012 04:38 AM

i didnt either obviously

Tiva 11-13-2012 08:51 AM

Toho I have had several 'fake' jobs according to the government. I worked under the table for most of my life until I got my current fast food job at Bojangles.

Demonskid 11-13-2012 10:08 AM

wait.. what typo? D:

I ate at a bojangles once when i was in NC ^_^

Alpha 11-13-2012 05:37 PM

She said "tears" instead of "years".

Demonskid 11-13-2012 05:52 PM

oh.. i thought her bosses fell for the "*sniffle tear* i need the job sir *tear sniffle*" act ._.,

Ashy 11-13-2012 07:58 PM

lol no, they hired me even with no experience

Alpha 11-14-2012 12:16 PM

*pokes thread*

Coda 11-14-2012 01:12 PM

*thread gets tangled around finger*
