Not for me, those pills works for me, it's depends on which kind of pills you take from those brands. I don't take vitamins separately. It may works on people who needed them or whatever but they works fine for me. My Mom and my Greek Grandmother went shopping with me at Cost Co last year in March and she knows which one to get that's good for me.

but thats the problem, people think theyre getting the best one. A similar example would be boiling vegetables, once theyre finished cooking most of the nutrients are in the water. This water is then tipped down the sink, the same thing happens with most tablets(not just vitamins). I know these things cos im a Biochemist >< I wrote a whole semester assignment on the benefits of liquid medications over solid medications :P
Though you will still get minor benefits from the vitamins it is still better to eat the foods containing the nutients. |
