Awww I see. My dog stays at my sisters house...because the place I am living in right now dosent take any pets. And I have had him since a pup so there is no wa in hell I am giving him up lol |

It's alright. Doesn't help I'm trying to think of so many things at once. I wouldn't advise doing so. It does terrible things to your mind. Mixing images, phrases. I come out with some weird things some days.

I accidently had a typo when I registered my card on the website.. now I cannot get into my account or check my points or see the catalog .. their customer service people keep telling me to "Make a new password" yada yada... that didn't work.. my issue got sent to the IT department.. they email me.. telling me the same thing the other person had me do 500000 times ><
I contacted customer service again.. got the same helper.. he remembered me.. and he sent my issue to his manager.. who had the same thing happen to someone else.. so I better be fixed before I go pick up my Pokemon Preorder games D< |
Yeah. Don't you just love when that happens. Sadly Staples rewards are worse. Way worse. They hardly listen to anything you say. I've heard very bad things, I just tell the customers I have no control over it. But uh, I didn't bother pre-ordering. I'm just going to go to Target Sunday morning and buy it. Anyway, I should go. I have class in a matter of 50 minutes and I still have to drive there and get a parking space.

Yes.. when you buy things, you gain points.. which if you go to the website.. and have enough.. you choose something out of the catalog or print out something to get money off of another item in store.
