Oh, so it's that kind of staying up. D: Quite understandable. >_< Still, you need rest, especially if you feel like you need it right now. Those 8 hours could probably help you more than bringing your self down to the very brink and then breaking down, it's harder to recover from that tiredness.
But of course, it's all up to you and do as you find the best/possible for you.
