It's actually pretty simple. Open a second window to the Battle page, and fill 1/2 screen with the battle page and 1/2 with ordinary stuff. The page should refresh every now and then, and when a person appears just click a button that appears and let them pick theres. It's like Rock-Paper-Scissors-Lizard-Spock.
