And nope. Tris is loading quite fine for me. I had a few issues with logging on from my kindle this morning but when I access it through the computer, loads fine.

I'm not too sure Makoto could interact with anyone when she's at the Skull HQ. XD

Sorry for going poof. I got dragged off to New Orleans for almost a week with no internet access... and now I'm getting sick. I'll try to make a post in a little while, though.

-jealous- How was New Orleans? I always wanted to go there. And hope you don't get sick. D: That would suck with all the nice weather your all getting. -think you could send some of that sunny Florida weather here?-

It was so boring. Our hotel was right off Canal Street across from the French Quarter, but I didn't get the chance to get out and wander around. My travel-mate was attending a Kiwanis Club convention there. She didn't trust my survival and self-defense skills enough to let me walk around on my own while she did her thing. Therefore, I was stuck sitting in the lobby of the convention center reading for about 6-8 hours every day with nothing to do but read the books I'd brought, doodle in my notebook, and listen to my iPod.

I know I'm getting sick. I have "I've been around lots of friendly foreign people with unfriendly foreign germs for several days" syndrome. My throat is sore, I'm fatigued, I'm starting to ache all over, and I'm fairly sure I'm beginning to develop a fever. It doesn't help that the trip threw off me off my normal sleeping pattern, I ate stuff I don't normally eat while I was there, and I've been helping clean house ever since I got back last night, too.

The weather here isn't all that great. It's really humid, really hot, and the bugs here are enormous. I'm much happier in a climate-controlled room with a glass of tea and my electronics.

That had to suck. }: What's the point of going there if you can't go out and see the sights.. and I didn't think New Orleans was that dangerous of a town, I would think Baltimore or New York City would be more dangerous to go out alone in than there.. unless Mardi Gras was going on, than going out alone might not be a good idea cause you can get some erm.. perverts and what not then.

Oh yea, the hostile and foreign germs.. I usually don't get sick that easily but I had a few nasty colds over the year, doesn't help when I go running in the rain with no shoes on.. {because I'm just crazy like that.} and doesn't help when my friend is amused by my 'American' ways. I swear, if it's not my accent that gets grilled or getting me to say cuss words cause the children think my accent is 'just so cute' -I am seriously going to murder those kids next time they start that shit.-, it's things like where I'm from and where is Maryland at.

Well, luckily.. I didn't have that issue cause my mom usually bought Scottish food while I was in America so not much was a complete surprise.. but you should get a rest. :/

I should ask how big are the bugs? :3 Only ones I ever seem to get to mess with besides spiders -ew ew- are roly polies and bees. Through, as a bonus, I do get my own seagull pet that follows us around like a dog. I rather have the humid than the mass amounts of rain, would love to have a day where I could take a beach blanket, go to the beach and like tan. I still look like a freaking ghost.

The Trak is sick as well. Though that is what I get for hanging around a hospital > .<

I guess I shouldn't ask why you were hanging out in a hospital, eh?

It didn't seem that dangerous at all. In fact, the most dangerous thing that happened was the accident we got into driving out there. That's a completely different story, though.

Well, the locusts and palmetto bugs can get up to about 3-4 inches long. The mosquitoes are about as big as an adult male's thumbnail. The wasps, hornets, and yellow jackets can get about twice as big. We also have carpenter ants and bull ants that are about the same size as the mosquitoes.

Reyo doesn't tan. Reyo has way too much Scottish and Irish blood in her to do anything other than freckle and burn.

Damn... that is huge.. one thing I totally love about here, no bloodsuckers to steal my blood.

I tan easily even through I have Scottish blood in me.. but I also have American and German blood in there as well.
