Well for Mistress Nine I remember a friend wanting to do her so what we did was get something like a vest like jacket took the sleeves off and modifed the top went out looked for a long dress. The wig you could find at a costume store or speical order it. She's not very hard to do if you wanna go easy but to make her from scrtach you will need much fabric.

Yeah, thats why I chose her. xDD;
