Important details: 99 percent of the time, she appears to be sarcastic and ill tempered, often making her seem rude. Chloe will always speak what's on her mind and under that 'her bark is worse than her bite' exterior is a gentle and caring nature whom very little get to see. Chloe personally doesn't give a shit what most people (or vampires in this case)think of her, she never keep tracks of how many people/vampires she literally pisses off in a day.
Chloe is mixed.. half Japanese/half American.. she favors her Japanese side more over the American, but she can't fully pass for being full Japanese due to her blue eyes (most Japanese have dark eye colors)
Biography if needed: Chloe had a pretty normal family life growing up even through her father was demanding of his first born, very demanding. She learned many of the customs and martial arts, this also lead to her hate of guns, since her family lived in a not so nice neighborhood, Chloe witnessed plenty of lives being taken by guns. The rest of Chloe's life she doesn't talk about much, not til she joined up in the Moon Clan in hopes of one day being initiated as one of them, her reasons are ones better left not to question..
