To me,, because of the different coloured stockings, The two toned face makeup / paint, and other odd bits, the first thing that came to mind was Frankenstein's creation (or, I guess more popularly known as Frankenstein's Monster, or just Frankenstein)... Dr. Frankenstein is commonly referred to as a mad scientist.

It's actually not face makeup, but rather two different DI skins used together. >w<

And thanks, I love how it looks too... Just didn't expect it to be thought of as a monster created by a mad scientist. owo
