Oh, nice. Which part of the UK? London?
And how long are you gonna be there for?

Daigotsu 01-24-2013 01:06 AM

*flails* I HAS MUFFIN!

Kamikaze Chinchilla 01-24-2013 01:07 AM

*puts frosting on the muffin* There, now it's a cupcake.

Arikana 01-24-2013 01:07 AM

*sees the illusion on the 'muffin' that's really a cupcake* :P

Daigotsu 01-24-2013 01:18 AM

XD This one didn't come from the muffin button... it came from the store!

It's chocolate ship... so I guess with frosting it could make a good cupcake.. >>;

Arikana 01-24-2013 01:58 AM

Still secretly a cupcake! >.>

Dawn 01-24-2013 08:36 PM

I have been to London but not nope.. I'm actually in Scotland. :3 Not sure how many people actually know of the town cause it's small, most people know of Glasgow, etc but I am in Ayr through I do travel to Kilmarnock and Irvine maybe twice a year. But all depends on a certain someone overseas.. he wants to come here to stay so I might have to try for a house outside of Ayr.. since most of the jobs that seem to want to interview me are Kilmarnock anyway.

Arikana 01-24-2013 09:37 PM

Damn, I don't know if I'll be going to Scotland when I go to London soon. >.> Maybe, we'll see... :o

Chloe 01-24-2013 10:03 PM

Yea, not really a big city person. I enjoy the country more. :3 I am probably friends with all the cats and dogs on the street I'm on.. minus a few of the urban gulls.. in the summer, they act like right assholes..

Arikana 01-24-2013 10:15 PM

I love exploring old cities, so apparently I should check out Edinburgh too cause I hear there are some pretty nice old buildings there. o3o

Daigotsu 01-24-2013 10:27 PM

So I got new pain meds today and they are kicking my ass. XD I'm super pain med high right now. It's ridiculous.

I had to take an anti-nausea pill with it

Arikana 01-24-2013 10:51 PM

So my drugs in your system right now, Dai. o3o I dunno if I'd be able to do that.

Daigotsu 01-24-2013 10:59 PM

Oh sure, my body is going to hate me afterwards, but this is why they want you to drink plenty of water. So your liver doesn't host a rebellion. XD

Chloe 01-25-2013 07:00 AM

Aye.

I am suppose to go to up to Edinburgh to meet Ducky in person but so far we haven't arranged anything concrete. But than me not having a job kind of limits the things I can do and can't do, money wise.

Only thing I would love to do in Ayr, is the Ghost walk, they have one going on right now but don't have the spare cash to do it and my neighbor suggested it would be more spooky visiting the graveyard nearby at night. She and her daughter did it on Halloween a year ago.. I was like... I am so doing that one of these days.

Don't take any meds so can't relate there.. o 0 I run in fear at the mention of an Advil..

Umaeril 01-25-2013 09:43 AM

Hi there! Just popping by to say hi to Arikana and everyone. *waves* Hope you all are doing well today!

Ooh. I love exploring random places, too. But usually I try to grab a friend; certain places (...insides of my college) can be rather eerie.

Umaeril 01-25-2013 11:38 AM

We had ghosts from suicides and deaths in the houses at my college...so the legends say. o_O

Oh, that sounds like fun! I would totally love in on this meet up, but alas, I know not if I'll be in Scotland. >_> I know I'll be in London in the coming months, but not sure if I'll make the trip north to check out Scotland. >.> Maybe, just maybe, but we shall see...

Ghost walks sound like so much fun, especially when it involves ancient ghosts rather than newer ones. Then again, I've always been enthralled with histories of any sort as long as I don't have to study them extensively in school. XD

Heya Uma! :)

*adds you to my list and gives you ticket number eleven* o3o

Dawn 01-25-2013 07:58 PM

All depends when you will be in London. I can't promise I can get away to go down there through it would be nice to meet face to face.

I am sure everywhere would have old ghosts as well as new ones. Everyone I have met here is more interested in the States. XD I guess there's not many Americans in the area so we get mobbed for information.

Umaeril 01-27-2013 12:17 AM

Thank you Ari. Hope all is going well. :]

Arikana 01-27-2013 01:12 AM

@Dawn: I'll be in London from mid May (11th, 12th, or 13th, I can't remember which at the moment #fail) and flying home on the last day of the month. :3

Lul. That is rather apt and amusing. XD

@Uma: You're welcome. Everything is going well, just lots to do at the moment. :3

Umaeril 01-27-2013 11:57 AM

Oh, sewing is fun. I learned how to use the machine back in grade nine. Don't remember much, but I'm sure I'd be able to figure out again for the most part. My muscle memory's pretty decent. :)
