As for the legality of it I see what you are saying, but murdering a woman and a woman deciding to not have a baby are two different things, and the status of the unborn is thus different. It has always weirded me out about the double murder charge though.

It isn't fair that for a guy to be interested in a heavy woman he is automatically "fetishist" or "chubby chaser". That's not fair to those women or those men. Especially since it is a common portrayal that an average-sized woman be with a big man and no one even bats an eye.
