Sounds like you get a lot of free time after lock down then. The only thing that really sucks about it is that you're stuck watching the cameras or patrolling the halls, so you can't fall asleep. How long have you been in your post?

Typically we do 6 hours in a tower and 6 hours as a "rover," patrolling the halls and things. We're shorthanded right now though, so I'm pulling 12 in a tower. I've got about four and a half hours left

It actually makes me wonder if there's instant netflix or something like that up in a watch-tower (unless you meant the main security room, when you said tower). It's like this: You guys need to keep an eye out, but without anything to pass some of the time, it could quickly become very dull, an then someone who lose focus and BAM. Someone got out of their cage. It's a constant worry right?

Yeah, there is nothing in a tower, not even a computer. We have two control panels to open doors and whatnot, and a monitor to watch the cameras in our hallways. Other than that we watch into the cell blocks or stare at the walls

I'll take a wild guess and say that you're allowed to bring your own stuff.

Actually, we can't bring anything either. I have a cell phone XD it's probably the only way I maintain my sanity around here, my connection to the outside world

Well then...I geuss you can pace 'round the clock to pass the time (duh dun tss) but on a more helpful note, I have a puzzle.

There are 3 five-man teams.
You want to have them organized on three-man teams in 5 different events.
Here's the catch: you cannot have 2 people on the same team for two different events, nor can you have people on each of the 5-man teams on the same 3-man team for any event.
How would you organize them?

Taser isn't that bad really. I've been hit twice. It hurts like a [expletive deleted] but only lasts for 5 seconds. OC spray (aka pepper spray) is ten times worse if you ask me

ive never been tasered before, but i did zap myself on my fan the other day my arm went all numb for a few mins

I grabbed a hold of an exposed wire at work... while it was laying in a puddle of water... I didn't know it was exposed, but I still got shocked and hand was numb for the rest of the night.

OW, my boy toy went to the Hinder concert (lots of Bass) and now he has ringing in his ears

it should pass hopefully just give it a little time

yea that's what I think too. I never like bass. I'm a treble type of person

I just got back from shopping and picking up my cat from the vet, I now have my very own super awesome water bottle with a squooshy mouth piece and a carry pouch for clipping it to my belt/belt-loop. So happy!

Also found out that weights at walmart are nice and cheap so next month I may be buying some weights.

Heh.... reminds me when I woke up on saturday. It was around 8:30 or something.... I had lied back down and was almost asleep. Then, all of a sudden, My dad bangs on my door and it swings open, I jump and my entire body literally hit the top bunk, and my hair went flying everywhere. XD My dad just stood in the door laughing his butt off.
