Earlier, I biked for an hour, walked to get my sister at the bus stop, and then did a 20 minute strength circuit. ><;

But I don't feel like I've done anything.

Had a handful of chex mix, and a little bit of dinner all day.

It sounds like you got exercise. If I did all that I think I might be worn out for the day.

But my body just hasn't been wanting to cooperate lately.
