I have a stop tap for my anger. When it hits a certain point I cry and it defuses completely. I just hope it never fails.

that happens for me a lot, but there are times and ways to push my buttons that send me away from crying, and towards this infectious anger that just makes me want to hurt someone. And my Mood Affective Disorder makes it all the worse.

That's kind of odd. But you deserve to know your past. Also in my blood are three different U.S. presidents, and some native american.

I think there are a few skeletons in the family closet. I'll find out one day :)

I personally believe that you should confront your family and demand to learn about the skeletons in your closet. Hiding things only make them fester.
