Good matches are one of the most important aspects if you ask me. Just look what a proper match did for Nev.

Asami 06-20-2012 07:41 AM

Oh I thought you meant the core with the wood @-@ I mistook your words. Dang sleepy brain.
I was like every wand would be the same Dx

Gallagher 06-20-2012 07:43 AM

Lol, of course not. Pfft. That'd be silly.

Asami 06-20-2012 07:43 AM

XD I need to think better
But yes that is true (:

Gallagher 06-20-2012 07:47 AM

I'd like using some of the crap cores, too. I'd like to see how good they really can be made.

Asami 06-20-2012 07:51 AM

You'll only get so far though. XD

Gallagher 06-20-2012 07:55 AM

It might be surprising. Thestral certainly isn't in the top 3, is it?

Asami 06-20-2012 08:03 AM

Nope it isn't xD
You may find some.interesting results but some cores are just really inferior.

Gallagher 06-20-2012 08:04 AM

A good wand in the wrong hands can be just as crappy.

Asami 06-20-2012 08:06 AM

That is true
and powerful wands can go to crappy wizards.
kinda like Harry. He got a powerful wand but he wasn't a rather powerful wizard was he?

Gallagher 06-20-2012 08:07 AM

Lol... His skills were very... specific...

Asami 06-20-2012 08:08 AM

XD meaning he just used the same spellls over and over again
poor wand~

Gallagher 06-20-2012 08:08 AM

Yeah, that sounds about right.

Meh. At least it did well with those like 4 spells.

Asami 06-20-2012 08:09 AM

Yep. Because his wand was powerful xD

Gallagher 06-20-2012 08:10 AM

Yeeep.

Still. Power isn't everything. If a good pair means they might have a not so powerful wand, who cares so long as it gets the job done and they like it.

Asami 06-20-2012 08:12 AM

Yep true. XD
I still wish Harry would have been a better wizard
But he is human after all xD
