O.O That's terrible. Do you know what the cause is? Are you just super stressed about stuff? Try to relax and go exercise and get out of the house more to help get your mind off of it. If it gets worse or won't stop definitely go see your doctor. I hope you are alright! <3

It could be because the house is falling apart, we have no money to fix it, and I'm a useless lump with no job, education, or way to get around.

Or it could be because sometimes I feel like my (adop.) parents treat me as well as the dog... Which I will admit is a spoiled dog, but...

Or it could be because I'm afraid my bio. mother's increase in visits as of late could be because her condition has been getting worse, and she might not have as much time as I was hoping she would.

Or it could be all the built up traumas from emotional abuse, rape, and many other things finally getting the better of me.

Or it could be that I've finally lost the one thing I'd been aiming towards these last 3 years or so, making my time since I've left school completely wasted.

... Or it could be because it seems like all I do these days is fight with people. Considering this point is the only real change in the last week...

It could also be that no one ever sticks around after I try and talk, making me feel selfish for opening my mouth in the first place.
