I didn't dress up at all last year. I didn't even feel like going out. Not that I hate Halloween mind you... I just didn't feel like celebrating stuff for several months after my father's death, which included Thanksgiving and Christmas.
Had family tell me I should... which I stomached, but didn't exactly "participate" into. Doesn't matter how old a person is, when you lose someone that close in your life, you don't want to do jack shit for awhile.

Batty 10-26-2015 01:41 AM

Awwwwuhhhh!!!! I don't think I WAS anything last year...
I think Zane and I just went out, and we got stuck waiting on a bus
and didn't make it home until well after 1 and blehhhhh.

Ugh.. I know these feels far too well.
I think I spent the first year after my mom holed up in my room.
Not even kidding, I barely even went outside. Stopped cleaning, got really anti social, things were pretty bad.

I didn't get to dress up last year. I was delivering medicine to nursing homes, and work said I could not dress up as the Grim Reaper...

Of course! You'd be taking away their money-accounts by giving away free heart-attacks!

Unless it's an actual legit "I care about you" facility, then they didn't want you to kill them. :P

LOL. OMG. THAT WOULD HAVE BEEN SO FREAKING GREAT. XDDD

Also: Do we have any spiked collars? Or studded ones?
I cant remember.

Glitch 10-26-2015 01:49 AM

that is pretty funny salone ^_^

I had to work but I convinced the boss man to let us dress up and it made it a lot more fun, but that's all I did - dress up for work haha.

Holy crap that would've been gold! xDDD

Glinter you are such a pretty Unicorn! I might steal that idea for a future costume someday. <3 I like your friend Captain Hammer, too. Dr. Horrible is always a good idea for costuming.

Batty 10-26-2015 02:04 AM

I might as well dress up as female joker. xD
My hair is already there. Lmao.

Glitch 10-26-2015 02:29 AM

I did Mark Hamill Joker one year (found a purple tux on sale!), Joker is always popular, especially if you can pull off a charismatic one!
