Never made those cookies, but I'm thinking that making them similar to molasses and ginger cookies with added pumpkin could be really scrumptious. I've got some ginger chips that would add a nice little touch.

pumpkin flavored stuff is very overrated...but i do enjoy the pumpkin pancake mix trader joe's has to offer. least when i made them, they were fluffier than normal pancakes.

I like the smell of a pumpkin candle but at most I feel pumpkin flavor should be left to things with pumpkin in it like pie or cake. |
