I actually really like the canned salmon that's just a hunk of fish cooked in the can. The spine ends up really crunchy and nice.

Not that into salmon, but the skin is definitely the best part.

Same here, I hate the cans that leave out the skin and bones. They seem to do that for the smaller ones.

I reeeeally can't say I like salmon.

But I do love sheepshead! A friend of ours caught some and gave us a few pieces once. Delicious!
