Aw, I'm hoping I can get a scholarship and transfer over for another two years to that school. D: If not I'll just start out with what I have! I can do it! I am getting them A's. This quarter has been so hard. I'm taking International cooking and we just did France, we're starting on Italy next week. But we have to memorize all the regions and what foods (recipes) that originate from said regions etc. The tests are horrifying difficult. AND! I had to memorize 11 pages of school text book sized pages full of french words used for food. Now gotta clear the slate and learn Italian words. ;; Hold me, my head is going to explode. Soso! How's your brother liking it? o: and how have you been? Details details! Did you get that heat wave at the beginning of the week? |
His GI Bill is paying for it! lol, Four years in the Marines does have its benefits. xD Come to Portland~ I have candy~ -comforts- He has gotten all his books and this insanely awesome bundle full of kitchen tools. lol, I think he's a little overwhelmed by how much work there really is. But he is very excited! They're praticing cutting right now. They did onions and garlic today. x3 I've been good! Kinda sick, I'm fighting off congestion but I'm always getting sick so it's normal. I have a horrible immune system. We did! It has been so hot at night, I have to invest in AC for next summer. Heat kills me. D: Thankfully my job has some crazy AC! It gives me goosebumps. |

Awesome! There is a looooot of work. Memorization and repetition! It can get really frustrating. Oh Gawd! Knife skills. I got so many blisters on my hands from cutting. We started on Potatoes and Onions. Not a dry eye in the place. Haha. I got blisters, when I took baking, from whisking. Fun stuff. xD Awww, I know how you feel. Well kinda, I'm not sick. Just allergies. The mold is so bad right now my sinuses are trying to explode. EAT MOAR FRUIT AND VEGGIES! Or something. Immune systems are tricky things. Ac! Life saver. It's a very good thing to have. Even if you only use it a week out of the year that week is likely to be 120 degree's around here.Sometimes people overdo the Ac. I hate that. You have to go outside just to feel refreshed cause your skin is ice cold. |

Hi~ I have a year and I'm done with school then it's work work work. Very competitive though so it's gonna be unstable for a long while.
Losing a job is the worst, I imagine it's how a fish feels when they are pulled out of the water and set on a dry boat bottom. Though they are probably more scared... idk. xD I went like... 4 years without school... when I took the entrance exam I bombed the math so bad. I'd forgotten everything about algebra and fractions. ;A; |

Thank goodness I haven't been out of a job for a while. But I was constantly stressed about losing my job at the last place I work. It made me grumpy and stressed. I would fail an exame.. I forgot Algebra while still in school. I am horrible at maths. |
I work very hard and very often. and I'm always thankful when my job is offering over time. Heck ya, I want time and a half. |

There was only 1 time I didn't give my two weeks notice. I walked out on that witch happily. Things are good! Keeping busy at work, which is great. Fitting in some over time. w00t Spending more time with my brother, I love that. He's a nifty guy. :] |

I have always been a cat person. xD When a kitty goes through the terrible twos they become little monsters. But they're still so darn cute! Poor doggies, at least they can sense danger. lol |
