No, you didn't do anything WRONG, but Trisphee's social groups function is... in need of a LOT of love. They don't work particularly well, they don't look particularly good, they don't give on-post rewards like aurum or event items, and they're almost entirely undiscoverable. (This is a user interface designer's term for something that you have to stumble over or intentionally go searching for to find it because nothing outside it indicates that you should look at it.)
It all adds up to a feature that basically nobody uses. |
If you were into sharing all your awesome secrets for hacking the site and getting rich with your friends, social groups would be the place to post about it because literally no one will see it.

Well, yes, that too, we did merge forums together so that each one would see more activity, so having social groups split out would be counter to that. But that's more WHY we haven't given it much love.

Alright, we're done for the night! A bit of a short one, but we made good progress.
There's a new nose in the body shop. Go check it out! All items for the next event have been completed, uploaded, and bundled. Editing on the Jan monthlies is pretty much finished, so next time I work on them, it's time to start picking colors! |

Yeah, I can't get into other sites that don't have layering like we do... which is most of them. The more you practice, the more interesting combinations you can find, that's for sure. I wasn't happy with my skeleton face until I expanded the eye sockets with eyeshadow x3 and eyesore, and altered the set of the jaw with head of adam and creepy smile. Putting my head horns... thing under a couple of those eyeshadows really helped make it look like part of the skull, not just sitting on it. |
