If it's not one that's normally associated with your area, yeah. French works for me since I live in Florida and everyone here speaks either English or Spanish.

When it comes to telemarketers/telescammers/people-I-dun-wanna-talk-to, I'll act like they called them, attempt to order a pizza, then hang up on them. Confuses the heck out of them. XD Thanks for the idea, Calvin and Hobbes! :D
