No not any more, you can still buy pearl items, but they won't be given out. only crystals and very rarely Queen's Jewel since we are in part two of the event (civil War)

I got on gaia since March of last year but I was not into it, and now it still says 63% complete. Gaia was too overwhelming for me

Gaia was great in the beginning..but now its huge, and runs slow, and..blah..money hungry and the staff doesnt really care..
