Lol, some people believe it's true. I have the book "Necronomicon" by "Simon", a book that reveals the seals to summon and control the demons of Lovecraft. As opposed to my Book of Solomon.

Lioshika 01-25-2012 11:18 PM

I've heard of it. I dunno what to make of it.

Cronislee 01-25-2012 11:22 PM

I'll keep my personal beliefes to myself, but I will say that I wear the seal of solomon whereever I go. The Book of Solomon is over 3000 years old, but the story is that King Solomon used them to trap and expel demons, but that he could also summon them, keeping their souls bound in the circles. The Seal of Solomon, itself, repels evil forces and protects the wearer from evil spirits.

Lioshika 01-25-2012 11:26 PM

That seems more plausible, but don't forget it is all based on Pagan beliefs.

-blinks.-

Cronislee 01-25-2012 11:29 PM

No, it's based on Judeo beliefs :P.
These were devised by King Solomon himself, but legends has it that he learned the seals by communing with angels (Spirits that act as messengers between God and man, slightly different than Catholic Angels.((Jews dont believe in a heaven or a hell that mankind can achieve access to)))

What? I'm a scholar :P

Trakadon 01-25-2012 11:33 PM

Cronislee 01-25-2012 11:59 PM

Mjolmir is the Hammer of Thor, Brother of the Giant Loki, and son of Odin the Great God of the Aesir. Mjolmir gave Thor great strength and the power of thunder to strike down his enemies, and who's fury could be seen in the stormy skies. Interestingly he shares many characteristics with Sampson of the Jews and Herculiese and Heraclese of Rome and Greece.

-pats Lio- Sorry, how'd I confuse you?

Lioshika 01-26-2012 12:05 AM

-Pokes Trak's chest.- If I use a pin would it deflate? >_>

Croni; Loki. . . -Blinks.- NOW I UNDERSTAND THE ANIME OF THE MYTHICAL LOKI!!
-Falls over.-
I'm less confused now.

Cronislee 01-26-2012 12:08 AM

Lol. Loki is the Trickster, and bane of Thor.
His sons are the great beasts of the 9 worlds, including the Midgard Snake who wraps itself around the tree of life, who ultimately kills Thor. His daughter, however is the most profound; a Beauty- an Aesir. But because she was the daughter of Loki, she, like her brothers, was cast out and away, but unlike the other 3, she was sent to the realm of the unglorious Dead, the realm which took her name, and influenced our own idea of what the underworld is and was, as her name is Hel.

Lioshika 01-26-2012 12:11 AM

Croni knows too much. -Nods.-

Angel Spirit Girl 01-26-2012 12:13 AM

Her place was supposed to be very cold, not very hot, though. XD And I herd that she was half corpse, too, from a book of Norse tales.
