I that's because most dubbers don't really care. Just look at some of the earlier dubs. DX That and for some reason dubbers feel the need to dumb things down for the kids.

Sometimes subbed is better than dubbed.. I have one of the Sailor Moon movies in both dubbed and subbed format and it's interesting to see the changes that seeing an anime in it's original language can be but than, Digmon was edited quite a bit.. I never got to see the one clip I found that the American version never showed.. :/

Of course DiC censored the shit out of Sailor Moon. Some of the changes were just dumb. = A=; What was the Digimon that was cut? o 3o

The digimon dub cut out a whole lot of things. A lot of the fights and buildings exploding ect. And they fused together the first three movies u.u
Dubs on things like sailormoon and digimon just suck. Ya know? Something that's shown on kids networks sk they edit out a whole lot, change a whole lot ect. It sucks

Sometimes you can catch the unedited versions late at night. But yea. Any kid Anime is going to be edited to Kingdom come.. There was lots cut from Pokemon.. James had bewbs once.. > .> And he made a pretty nice looking female..

Yep plus the lesbian stuff in sailor moon. Changed that like crazy.
