My dreams do that, too.

I have a pretty bad issue where it gets hard to differentiate between dream stuff, intrusive thoughts, and real life.

One time I couldn't tell if I was having another dream or I actually woke up, since I kept rolling over and almost falling out of bed every time I tried waking up, @n@ but it was another dream again and I got scared because I felt trapped in sleep and couldn't wake up to reality.

There was this one time where I had twenty-something false awakenings over the course of one nap. This was back when my depression was starting to get /really/ bad, and shit was generally... really shitty.

<.< I'm kind of newly aware about the severity of mine, which isn't at all worse or better than anyone else's. I'm still barely trying to go about myself with my depression and accepting I have it, which is not really good that I do have it, but yehh..it does take it's toll on ya..

I should really go to sleep. <:[ Period just started... >~e ouf..and I'm going to be suffering too much tomorrow as it is. :( I will sleep and rest and hopefully not have any nightmares or anything crazy. *blub*

Yeaaaah, getting more sleep than usual really helps alleviate the toll periods take on your mental health.

;u; I'm on a roller coaster ride of whirling emotions, random pain and constant discomfort. Aaaaa...at least the video games and snacks are helping. =3=

<x} Heheh, I think the lil' ninja snowman is pretty tough. He can't be hurt by anything. Although he can waddle about like jello, respawning like no one's business. xD
