I am not sure.. I'm a dual citizen so that means if I marry someone from Scotland and it's legit, they can come an USA citizen through me or if I married someone from America and etc, they can come an UK citizen.. o . .o cause I think that's what my friend here is planning cause he wants to move Florida.. but.. I sorta don't have those feelings for him..
