Death by Mirrors 11-02-2017 08:44 PM

*falls asleep in the thread*

Kaderin Triste 11-02-2017 08:45 PM

Derpy waddles over slowly, struggling to pull a blanket over. He covers your feet, then gives up and lays down to take a nap.

Damies 11-02-2017 10:00 PM

Thanks Derpy for the trade last night by the way ;D

KittyBeary 11-02-2017 11:29 PM

Everyone's falling asleep! D:

Den 11-02-2017 11:45 PM

Derpy McBlueEyes 11-03-2017 12:31 AM

Derpy rolls up on a blanket like a tiny dragon burrito. "I sleepy 'cause ot's cold!"

KittyBeary 11-03-2017 05:00 AM

ZenKitty 11-03-2017 06:03 AM

Death by Mirrors 11-03-2017 06:23 AM

*wakes up, yawns and stretches*
Aw thanks nevertheless, Derpy - it's the thought that counts ^^

ZenKitty 11-03-2017 06:37 AM

Goes in search of some nice hot coffee.

Would you like some Death?

Death by Mirrors 11-03-2017 07:03 AM

Do you have some tea as well, perhaps?

Opens up her big tea cupboard and sweeps hand in front of it.
Take your pick. There is probably something there you would like.

Death by Mirrors 11-03-2017 11:11 AM

Amazing! Oh yes, I'm sure there is ^^
*has a hard time deciding on a flavor but finally finds a great blend* Thank you! Now I'm prepared for... uh, that novel I'm not going to write.

ZenKitty 11-03-2017 11:38 AM

My pleasure, Death.

And Noveling! Yes!

Looks at her manuscript with only 336 more words this morning and cracks knuckles.

Time to get serious before I have to leave for the office. :P

Derpy McBlueEyes 11-03-2017 01:17 PM

"I finally dwawing page prizes for kitty stuff again! Panda and dragoness129 and Sparx!"

Quiet Man Cometh 11-03-2017 06:26 PM

I hear tea! Someone said something about tea!

*Looks down at tea in her hand and realizes it's cold.*

Damn.

Death by Mirrors 11-03-2017 06:33 PM

Thankfully supplies magically replenish in here.
*brews some fresh hot tea and hands Quiet a cup*

Quiet Man Cometh 11-03-2017 06:50 PM

Hot tea!

*legitimately, actually has real hot tea right now.*

Magic!

ZenKitty 11-03-2017 07:02 PM

Hot tea on a cold autumn evening. What a lovely thing!

Quiet Man Cometh 11-03-2017 07:03 PM

Autumn would be nice, but we got snow yesterday. I'm calling it winter now.

ZenKitty 11-03-2017 07:18 PM

We had sleet on Monday and snow on Tuesday - but today it was sunny and 54 degrees F. I'm not going to call it Winter until it's absolutely positively there. But you are a lot farther north than me. My NaNo friend in Alberta has been posting pictures of all of the white they've had. It makes me cold just looking at it. Plus this morning she said that it was below zero in Fahrenheit degrees. Brr......

Death by Mirrors 11-03-2017 07:20 PM

*is honestly looking forward to the first snow*

Den 11-03-2017 07:48 PM

I don't want snow any time soon. Let it come when it's actually winter, not late fall, kthx.

I had to look that one up, I don't understand Fahrenheit at low temperatures. That's a bit under -20 Celsius. Cold, but sadly not unusual depending on how far north and inland you are. Glad I moved away from the northern end of the Province (I'm in BC) but I'm up a mountain now so we still get snow, even if it's not near as cold. I think it's -2 Celsius right now (not including wind chill) which puts it at 28.4 F, according to google.

Derpy McBlueEyes 11-04-2017 12:29 AM

"It already snowing here! And I cold!"
Derpy hides under a pile of blankets.

Death by Mirrors 11-04-2017 03:32 AM

Hehe, if only we could send snow via postal services. I'd gladly take any you don't want. Winter has always been my favorite season.

Quiet Man Cometh 11-04-2017 04:59 AM

Last year I lost my car. I'm hoping that won't happen again.

Kaderin Triste 11-04-2017 06:07 AM

I really love snow, except that everyone drives like idiots on the icy streets...
But I bet if it wasn't so cold out, Derpy would be outside trying to box it up for you. XD

KittyBeary 11-04-2017 08:25 AM

Coffee *u*

Derpy McBlueEyes 11-04-2017 01:32 PM

"Coffee! Where?" Derpy peeks out of his blanket cocoon.

You had that much snow? Yikes!

Tiva 11-05-2017 08:57 PM

How do you lose your car? Like even if there is snow it is still under said snow where you left it?

XoGizmooX 11-05-2017 09:07 PM

Mail Gizzie some snow

Yeah, it was a round white lump in the snow. I have a beetle so it's not that hard to "lose." Although, if I didn't happen to know which specific lump it was, it might have been lost. We had drifts that were high enough my sister had to lift her elbows to clear them. Her horse was in his stall when a pile fell off the barn roof, and she had to dig him a trail.

We have very wet, very dense snow here, so it only has to snow about 6 inches or more for my car to start having trouble. I have winter tires, but the snow piles up under the car (low clearance) and then I start spinning my wheels. Up north were it was light and fluffy dry snow, it was like having a little snow plow.
