There's no application to be a moderator. Just be a good member of the community. Make sure people on staff know you're a good and responsible person, it requires a lot of voting.

granted, I actually don't know much about art positions open aside from web design (which I just heard about today) and pixeling (which we ALWAYS need more of). When Cage was hired for a secret project, I had no idea Fen was hiring for that. XD but his secret project looks SO AWESOME so far. <3

I'd rather you get awesome at pixeling and do that because you have awesome designs and once you shade darker and blend your shading a bit more, you'll be making awesome items by the bucketfull! whereas I'm okayish at pixels but I could make okayish concept art too. I'm like Fen's personal assistant of "Yeah, I'm okayish at everything, so just tell me what you need if nobody else can do it, and I'll take care of it."
