I just wanna share that I bought a second hand (I presume) Hard-bound book entitle "White Death" for a super bargain price at P20 (Twenty Pesos) which is roughly equivalent to $0.50 and is still in mint condition.

Welcome to the dig team, Mr. Franz. I'm funkduder. It is day four of the excavation and it's quickly coming to a close, despite what the first post says. ((it's not updated...and I'm lazy...)) The drill, is also clogged with the guts of giant scorpions, so although we should have about 1/4 of a mile left to dig, unless we had a good explosive or a better engineer, it will be of little use

Never fear Mr. Funkduder. I can summon an array of Goblin Techies, as we all know them in the Warcraft games, which can sacrifice themselves for the good of the many. Is that enough as a form of alternative explosives?

'As we all know them'? -clears throat- I'm afraid that I haven't a clue what you're talking about.
And, the dig will only really be finished if we do indeed find water... Past that, we can't just leave. Sadly, some, if not most of us, will need to hang around to make sure nothing goes wrong before everything is running smoothly. I'm really enjoying this, and the rush you all seem to be in to end it makes me sad... |

@Galla: I presume you don't know the Goblin Techies? They are goblins who specialize in bombs and the such and are minions of Bin Laden for they are suicide bombers themselves too. |
If we don't have enough rations and water collected for the next day, or we haven't reached the water basin, we have about 15 hours until we have to pack up and go home, in defeat.

Ummm guys, I suppose I warned you that my minions will be blowing theirselves and leaving a large damage and impact. I mentioned a while ago that they have an AOE of 5m. -stares at Sin- ... If you're going to just blow up our entire base with this, then please, don't even bother with your little... minions, was it? Because, as wonderful as it would be to have the dig done in ten seconds flat, it doesn't do us a lot of bloody good if all of our defenses are destroyed in the process and we lose control of the area!

aw man. Oh silly me, I forgot My minions are experts of bombs and can actually plant remote mines, they're powerful bombs that can be controlled by remote and does great damage at little aoe. how's that?

Hum... -wipes his hands clean as he looks over to the hole in the center of the crater- Now you're getting into the right sort of thinking. So long as you make sure the explosives are placed properly and won't start a total collapse of what we have now, I've no complaints.
... Granted, I'm not in charge of this mess to begin with, but... -shakes head- It seems like our lovely leaders aren't exactly around most of the time when needed. |

It can't be helped, I suppose. Letting these fellas do whatever they want is exactly how we had our first accident around here. They can build walls, sure, but do they know a damn thing about safety precautions? I don't think so. I don't think these people realize that our medical supply is limited, and the more people that get hurt, the less of our forces we have at our disposal. When we hit water, what happens? We all just go home? Then what, leave our discovery to be stolen until we come back? I don't think so. ... -sigh- This drink doesn't happen to include alcohol, does it? I enjoy this role. |
Nursy, no alcohol for you, yet. And I do know about safty precautions, I just chose not to instigate them.

Well, to be fair, you at least kept us from more damage than you caused. But I think I deserve a drink or two! Come on!

I haven't caused damage to anything but myself. And lay off the booze 'till you aren't tending to anyone, healing people drunk is not something you want to do.
