The people who work in the heating house or whatever that thing is called. At least it works that way here. It's still 2 months away here. ;3; AND THE PRICE IS INSANE.

Some guy needs to push a button, more or less. But they wont do that yet. It's expensive heating up the whole building so they can only do it when it's getting REALLY cold. |

But we don't need to here cause nothing happens until it's winter.

There is also kinda set price for heating per month and let me tell you, IT'S ... UNREASONABLE. And they're gonna rise it again soon. -head in keyboard- Along with all the other prices, like water, gas (not for cars, but ovens, etc.) and such. |

And it only stays like that for 2 weeks then it gets cold again.

I remember that some years ago, it wasn't so bad to last at least trough the September without the heating, but recently, autumn have gone really cold, so yea... They turned the heating up in school just this week and I can be happy it's so early. -is usually always freezing anyway throughout the year-
