Yeah, because, obviously you roll it with the stuff you put in but some people use the spoon to make the right amount out of the bowl onto the cabbage leaf then roll it neatly then fold the both ends onto the dish. Once it's completed, you added any flavor you like of the tomato sauce.

Like Lean Beef ground but you can use lean ground turkey since it's more healthier for you if you want to lose weight or want to stay healthy. Lol.
