Can you fit a boat inside of a balloon o .O?

You can fit one in a bottle, so if you had a very small boat and a fairly large balloon, it could work.

The boat could still sink in the balloon though o .o
And you have to build a ship inside the bottle mhmm |
Tech. no.. the ship is built outside the bottle without the sails up.. o. o after it's done, you slip it inside and use an object to raise the sails..
