Angel; We kind of do. We provide our availability sheets of when we can work. But because they wouldn't give me a sheet, I made my own and wrote on it, no more than 15 hours per week, any additional hours above 15 would require permission from me.

I don't know how to at this point. I reported the manager to the general manager. Nothing happened to him.

He made threatening jesters towards you. That deserves a lot more then that. If the general manager doesn't take action then go above him and call HR.
