Too damn tough to do sit ups to remove it and that is the one thing I am concerned with. Otherwise I am actually pretty thin still even after having kids... Not many people can do that. Even after all this time. LOL My friends from school all put on a ton of weight and I'm the only one who didn't. Sad to say but true. Lucky bastards for being able to drink...
