Yeah I heard flax seeds were pretty good for like menstrual cramps and digestion. :c So I just have them in my oatmeal, but they didn't help too much as I guess I was supposed to eat them way before feeling pain.
Still, I didn't know they were like apple seeds, and contain cyanide. :]

Depends. I personally would probably find it a little odd — dried seaweed is too dry, and normal seaweed has a v slippery texture that might not go great with other fillings.
