it was a beta item(badumtish) you had to be in the beta to get one. i joined on the last day of the beta so i am going on a limb and say users under 1200 you be the only ones to get one without being gifted

i'm still mildly amused that i managed to get a beta item, of all things, in the item exchange. the item exchange usually dispenses out crane game items because there's a lot funneled into it, but this? goddamn beta item.
