5'6" isn't all that short, my brother is 5'6". Average is only somewhere around 5'9".

Sakura - In the US, I believe 5'4 is average height for women, and 5'9 for men. Though I think overall the average for men is 6 foot. I'm not entirely sure for women.

Ah, I see. Yeah, 6' seems about right to me, though actually now that I think about it I know quite a few guys significantly shorter than that, too.

Being short is fine. It's when people start using my head as an arm rest that I start biting.

yeah, head as armrest is completely unacceptable. but usually I'm too cute for that to happen. the only people who try, I'm really comfortable with and would (probably) only nibble softly on. XD
