-chuckles- Yep. Taking advantage of my newness and oblivion to pricing, a certain user bought it off me (I earned if from the first Halloween event) for 600 gold/whatever the currency is. To this day, that's still a sore point for me.

But I have definitely seen posts along the lines of "if you don't like Ernya, why don't you just leave/go back to Gaia?" when all a person did was express dislike for a single thing, not for the site as a whole.

Hah. And I can tell you exactly who it was, too, because I still have the PM saved from 3.5 years ago. The person also changed his name to Faggotz. Pretty damn appropriate, if you ask me.

EDIT: I never touched Gaia's forums except for twice. I posted newbie questions about Gaia Homes accidentally to the Lifestyles section. Got bitched out for it. Never saw those replies, though. Gaia was never my home or something to return to.
