Threads always seem to move faster when you aren't on. It seems to take forever while I'm actually active and then when I leave and come back it is like I have missed large chunks of conversation.

By the way, I assume when he (the professor) says "Compare the critical approaches to early Victorian Britain from Carlyle, Engels, Mill; keeping in mind the utilitarian ideology to which they each were responding" means that the three we are looking to compare to each other were Evangelists and not Utilitarians? I have to read a thing on each of the three, then come up with how they're different, how they're similar, and how they all are in comparison to anti-utilitarianism? Who the fuck has time to sit and do this. It sounds more like a doctorate's disposition than an undergrad question.
