Really? That seems counter productive. Here, they don't charge the caller, thus - people call all the damn time to get cars towed. Then they charge the person who wants their car back. If the person says they can keep it, they sell the car to the scrap yard. It's a win-win for them. Holy cow do they make money hand over fist in this city.

I never had it happen to me on my lappy before and i haven't downloaded anything on to it for AGES so i dunno what happen.. i think a virus latched on to me when my neighbors hyjacked my laptop..

the pc only has opera and firefox.. they were told to stay with opera but .. when i got the lappy back firefox was open and i had shut it down so i gave up..

That's probably when they start using "private browsing". All the history isn't recorded there. So they probably used H&R on the normal browser, and used private browsing for their questionable stuff.

I'd run an anti-virus and use CCleaner on that thing (for deleting files and internet history you don't need, and also for shaping up the registry on your comp).

I use AVG PC Clean Up and Anti Virus, MalwareBytes and SpyBot

I am pretty much clean now.. if my photoshop is slow and acting weird today ... then its that giving me the BSOD.. something in it corrupted and I need to reinstall >x<

I get that a lot with my photoshop. If I open and close it too many times, then my computer just poops out. The OS doesn't handle the program very well.
