I'm doing good. A bit sore from my 25 minutes on a recumbent bike yesterday, but it helps my knee out (tightens muscles around the joint) since I inherited the short straw between my two parents in joints. Also sitting in class a bit bored but intrigued at the same time.

I don't even know what to do as a workout today. Our A/C is broken, and its hot, and I need to do cardio, but I don't want to kill myself. xD |
Awww, that's not good. Well, maybe try it in intervals? High intensity then low intensity that way you don't overheat?

I do HIIT. xD; I live in Florida. No matter what you do, whether its slow or fast, you sweat and overheat like mad crazy.

I understand that. I lived in Miami for three years and have spent time in the Panhandle during the summer. Any little bit will make you sweat like crazy.
